Daydreaming, not interested really in customer service then colleague arrives, interrupts and begins conversation across the so called 'customer service', to absolutely verbally annihilate the supervisor! Not good for employee professionalism nor employer loyalty! Disappointing.....

And of course Cadbury choc products at a discount. Occasionally they will stock clothing as well.
