  We had booked with another company but when our flight arrived, our car wasn't available and we were told we'd have at least an hour to wait. So we walked across to Redspot. They provided us with a beautiful, almost new Camry, immaculately presented, at a price lower than we'd been quoted by the opposition for a smaller car. We were delighted with the no-fuss, friendly service. The car was excellent and we'd certainly use this company again.

  Blamed us for car damage, had incorrectly recorded the date we returned the car and that the fuel tank was empty. Charged us on the credit card huge penalty amount. Luckily we had a copy of the original report, our flight stubbs, image of the fuel tank symbol (date/time stamped) and service station receipt.

  Excellent, trouble free, prompt, courteous rental. Good car and the best price online at the time. Will definitely look at Red Spot next time I am hiring car.

  Recently rented from them at the Hobart Airport Branch and they were very good at accommodating me despite me coming in 4 hours earlier to my rental (my fault)

  My partner and I used Red Spot (Enterprise rent-a-car) car rentals in Hobart, dropping off in Launceston. Booking a rental car was one of the most stressful parts of organising our time away in Tassie, as he is under 22 and a P plater and it was really difficult finding a rental company that would rent to us, and if they did they were generally charging $2k+ for just over a week. Red Spot were not only significantly cheaper than anywhere else, they were so easy to deal with and we had absolutely no issues whatsoever. The pick up/drop off process was super easy and the car was clean and reliable. We’ll be recommending these guys to everyone from now on, and will definitely be our go-to car rental company from now on!! Thanks guys!

  Great service, great little car. Very friendly, they gave us excellent advise. We went there after being ignored by the desk next door and they couldn't have given us better service.
