They told me that they would get one sent down from up north . I have called the store about 6 time and been given the run around by staff . it seem to me they have all the time in the world for you if your spending big bucks but there after sales service is pathetic . go to harvey Norman if you wish to buy a cleaner . Never buy from Godfreys again
